Refund Policy

All payments to Tellr — including the introductory trial charge and any recurring subscription charges — are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we, in our sole discretion, elect to issue a refund.

This applies to the $1.00 7-day trial charge, every $29.99 charge billed every 28 days after the trial ends, and any other charge on your account, regardless of how much of the Service you used.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, from your account dashboard or by contacting Support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and stops all future charges — it does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already charged.

Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can typically resolve it faster directly.
