Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There's no retention flow, no phone call, and no fee for canceling.

Two ways to request a cancellation:

• From your account, open Manage Subscription and tell us you'd like to cancel — no password, no upsell screens.
• Or email support@turboscale.io or visit trytellr.app/support.

Our team confirms every cancellation request by email, typically within about 2 hours during our support hours (8am–8pm EST).

Cancellation stops all future charges effective at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. You will not be billed the next $29.99 charge or any charge afterward.

If you cancel during your 7-day trial, you will not be charged the recurring $29.99 every 28 days. Cancellation does not refund the trial charge itself or any amount already billed — see our Refund Policy for details.
