Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Turbo Scale LLC ("Turbo Scale," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use trytellr.app and the Tellr service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

We collect the following categories of information directly from you:

• Identity & contact information: your name and email address.
• Profile & quiz information: date of birth, zodiac/astrology sign, relationship status, gender, and other answers you provide in the quiz (e.g., preferences and personality responses) used to generate your personalized sketch and reading.
• Payment information: billing details submitted at checkout. Full card numbers are tokenized and processed directly by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers — see Section 4 below.
• Communications: messages you send us, including through our support form, and their contents.
• Device & usage information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and interactions with the Service, collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies.

• To create and deliver your personalized soulmate sketch and reading.
• To process payments and manage your subscription, including billing and renewal.
• To communicate with you, including order confirmations, support responses, and service-related notices.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
• To measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising, and to detect and prevent fraud.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We share information with the following categories of service providers, only as needed for them to perform services on our behalf:

• Payment processors: we use EasyPayDirect / NMI to tokenize and process payment card information. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• AI generation service providers: quiz responses may be shared with third-party AI service providers to help produce your personalized sketch and reading content, including providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google (Gemini), among others, and is not limited to those.
• Email service providers: we use Resend to deliver transactional and order-related emails.
• Analytics & advertising partners: we use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API, the TikTok Pixel, and Google Analytics to measure ad performance and site usage. These partners may receive information such as your IP address, device identifiers, page views, and, in hashed form, your email address, and may combine it with information they collect from other sites and apps to serve or measure targeted advertising.
• Legal & safety: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Turbo Scale LLC, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. See Section 6 for your rights regarding "sharing" for advertising purposes under California law.

We and our third-party partners use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, and measure and improve our advertising, including through the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Analytics described above. You can control cookies through your browser settings; note that disabling cookies may affect how the Service functions. We currently do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as there is no common industry standard for how to interpret them.

If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA):

• Right to know what personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed about you.
• Right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising via pixels described above).
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

To exercise these rights, or to submit a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request, email support@turboscale.io. We will verify your request using the information associated with your account before fulfilling it.

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland (GDPR):

We process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver the Service you purchased), consent (for marketing/advertising cookies), and our legitimate interests (for analytics, fraud prevention, and service improvement). You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request rectification of inaccurate data.
• Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restrict or object to our processing of your data, including for direct marketing.
• Request a portable copy of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, as required by applicable law.

We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations (including tax and accounting requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and tokenized handling of payment card data by our payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is intended for adults 18 years of age or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@turboscale.io and we will take steps to delete it.

Turbo Scale LLC is based in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
